The CE-certified TSAUTOP® hydro dipping tank is an easy-to-use, safe, practical, environmentally friendly hydro dipping equipment. It is ideal for owners of tiny dipping businesses.

The TSAUTOP® hydro dipping tank is constructed of 2.5 mm thick 201 stainless steel, has a frame made of 2 mm thick 304 stainless steel square pipe, is outfitted with 6 pcs universal wheels, and has thick feet to ensure that it can hold enough water without deforming. Strong stainless steel can guarantee resistance to salt, acid, alkali, and corrosion. All of these guarantee the longevity of the TSAUTOP® hydro dipping tank.

The TSAUTOP® hydro dipping tank's electric box and wiring are installed safely. All working units have circuit breaker protection switches and an emergency stop switch to safeguard the safety of both humans and machines in the event of an emergency. To prevent power leakage, all cables are concealed and packed in protective pipe. To avoid electric shock, all tanks are connected with an earth wire.

Pay attention to possible issues during using
1. Check the water temperature and keep the water overflow
2.Keep the water clean(without activator and impurities)
3. Lay the film onto the water at a proper angle(printed surface up)
4. Water temperature range should be 25-30 degrees, dissolution time about 1'30"---2'
5. According to the thickness of the ink decide when to spray the activator. If the ink is thick, could spray the activator in advance to make sure the film is totally activated. Normally after 1'30" can spray the activator, then 3" later could dip the object. 
6. Before dipping need check the object's shape and texture, choose a proper angle to push the object into water, release the air bubbles. 
7. After dipping the object, need to shake it in the water for 2-3", enhance the film apply to the object. 
8.1.2mm*4 spray gun, keep 30cm distance, keep the water clean, and wash the object before drying.
