The TSAUTOP® hydro dipping tank features an excellent welding procedure and a thoughtful structural layout.
The welding wire used for all joints is 304 stainless steel. To ensure there are no leaks, every welding mark has been polished. As a result, it can promise five years of no water leaks. The TSAUTOP® hydro dipping tank has four separate wipers, partition plates, and a beam to enable it to wipe film slag and divide the dipping region into several tiny portions while preventing excessive film expansion. The TSAUTOP® hydro dipping tank is made up of two heating, filtering, and dipping tanks. It guarantees a sizable dipping area and quick heating.
