Product Description

This machine is called Continuous Film Flowing Immersion Printing Hydro Dipping Machine with Conveyor Belt. It uses an automatic film flow device to tile the water transfer film to warm water with a temperature of 25-30 degrees Celsius, and automatically passes the activator sprayer through a chain drive. The activator melts the bottom film of the transfer film, and the transfer film pattern floats on the water surface to the tripod transfer position. The tripod sends the items to be transferred into the patterned water at a certain angle through the automatic conveying system, thereby the pattern is attached to the surface of the object to achieve the purpose of transfer. Employees are only needed to hang and remove transfer items-all other operations on this machine are automatically finished. It is easy to use and handy, with good transfer efficiency and effect.

TSAUTOP hydrological immersion tanks have good quality and high-power heating elements. It comes with 2 sets of 6kw heating elements. This ensures rapid heating within 80 minutes.
To protect people and equipment in an emergency, each work unit has a circuit breaker protection switch and an emergency stop switch.
To avoid leakage, all wires are covered and enclosed in protective tubes. To prevent electric shock, a ground wire is installed in every immersion tank.
To ensure that the water rushes further, there are several high-pressure water jets at the water's outer end.

7. What size sprayer would you suggest using for hydrographic?
For activator, a high-quality, precisely calibrated spray gun is required in order to operate with it. We advise 0.8-1.3mm, not over 1.3mm.
