Our Advantages

TSAUTOP Hydro Dipping Equipment Drying Oven and Dry Tunnel
We are making these with 4" high density mineral wool panels surrounded with 20ga galvanized steel to provide the best insulation possible with 3.15" walls (this is not household insulation often used in lower quality ovens).  This model oven is powered by 220v, 60A single phase power and the control box will need its own 110v power circuit.  It has three 4000-watt 48" u-bend industrial heating elements made to aid in the circulation of heat providing more consistent temperatures throughout the oven.   Our industrial oven elements will also have a longer life that ovens using elements from a household oven.  All of our ovens have a 14ga galvanized floor to provide a smooth transition when using a rolling rack in your oven. 
Our oven control box is designed to make it easier on the end user by using the auto tuning feature.  With this feature all you have to do is hook up the power and turn the oven on and it will automatically set up the PID controller to provide the fastest warm up times while keeping the temperature closer to your setting.  We also use solid state relays in all of our control boxes to eliminate moving parts that may fail, while also keeping noise down from the operation of larger contact blocks.

WHY NEED DRYING EQUIPMENT

Drying the Primer After Painting
Dry equipment can be used to dry the product after spray painting, can reduce the drying time, and for the metal product, drying can help the paint closed on the surface and better for the dipping.
Whatever product you want to dip, the first step is to supply the suitable oil paint on the items such as the cup, if this cup is plastic material, you need to supply plastic primer on the surface, and then dry out the cup for saving time, and then do hydro dipping for this plastic cup.
If this cup is metal, you need to supply base paint on the surface, and then for a good final effect, you'd better dry out the metal cup by drying equipment under high temperature, which step will help the paint closed well on the surface of the metal cup, and the design will be printed on the cup well.
 If no drying step under high temperature, to avoid the falling out for the design, you need to supply a kind of texture paint for the metal cup, moreover, the final dipping effect is not the same good as the dipped metal cup with drying step, and you also need to waste more time for drying.
