1. What is water transfer printing?
Water transfer printing, often referred to as hydrographic, immersion printing, camouflage dipping, hydro imaging, and cubic printing, is a method of surface decoration in which complex graphics, such as wood grain, carbon fiber, camouflage, geometric patterns, etc., are applied to the surface of a three-dimensional product. Large-scale all-terrain vehicles, automobile dashboards, little items like bicycle helmets, and other automotive trim are all decorated with the use of the water transfer printing method. In addition to plastic, fiberglass, wood, ceramic, and metal, films can be applied to all kinds of substrates.
2. How long-lasting is water transfer printing?

3. How challenging is it to learn the procedure?
An extra two to three weeks are typically needed to fine-tune the production line after the initial 24-hour training session.
4. What kind of equipment is needed to print films using immersion?
To complete the process of water transfer printing, tanks (manual or automatic), a washing station, an oven, and a spray booth are needed.
5. Is a wash station necessary for hydro dipping?
Yes, washing machines are required to remove the subject after PVA film has been used to transfer the decorated portion.
6. Do painted pieces need to be dried in an oven?
Yes, it is best to dry by oven because, by nature, dust would cover the subject as it dries. The oven temperature for plastic should be between 50 and 70 degrees.
7. What size sprayer would you suggest using for hydrographics?
For activators, a high-quality, precisely calibrated spray gun is required to operate with it. We advise 0.8-1.3mm, not over 1.3mm.
8. Do you operate as a manufacturer or a trading firm?
