The Automatic Hydrographic Rinse Station is constructed from 2.5 mm thick 201 stainless steel, with a 5 mm thick steel sheet covering it to ensure that it can detect the items that need to be rinsed. It is also framed with 2 mm thick 304 stainless steel square pipe and equipped with 10 pieces of thick leveling feet, all of which work together to ensure that the Hydrographic Rinse Station can hold enough water without deforming.

The size of the washing area is ideal for a variety of dipped objects, including guns, motorcycles, rims, and other items like helmets, phone cases, cups, wheels, dashboards, shoes, tumblers, and so forth.

A device used to remove PVA hydrographic film slag from the surface of hydro-dipped items is called a hydrographic rinsing tank.

Some PVA hydro dip film slags remain on the hydro dipped products after hydro dipping. 

To get a smooth and elegant finish on hydrographic products, these slags must be cleaned. For this kind of washing, hydrographic rinsing tanks are employed.

Water transfer printing, often referred to as hydrographic, immersion printing, camouflage dipping, hydro imaging, and cubic printing, is a method of surface decoration in which complex graphics, such as wood grain, carbon fiber, camouflage, geometric patterns, etc., are applied to the surface of a three-dimensional product. Large-scale all-terrain vehicles, automobile dashboards, little items like bicycle helmets, and other automotive trim are all decorated with the use of the water transfer printing method. In addition to plastic, fiberglass, wood, ceramic, and metal, films can be applied to all kinds of substrates.

2. How long-lasting is water transfer printing?

Yes, it is best to dry by oven because, by nature, dust would cover the subject as it dries. The oven temperature for plastic should be between 50 and 70 degrees.

7. What size sprayer would you suggest using for hydrographic?
For activator, a high-quality, precisely calibrated spray gun is required in order to operate with it. We advise 0.8-1.3mm, not over 1.3mm.
