Product Description

After the object has been transferred, there are residues of the transfer film remaining on the surface of the object. High-pressure and uniform water mist is required to wash the surface of the object without damaging the transfer pattern.

The washing machine is divided into two stages of washing. The first stage washes away the film residue on the surface of the object. The second stage uses clean water to wash away the foam on the surface of the object to achieve a thorough washing of the surface of the object and meet the requirements for topcoat spraying.

Automatic Hydrographic Rinse Station has a superb welding process and a humanized structural design. All welded parts are welded with 304 stainless steel welding wire. All the welding marks are polished to ensure no leaks. So, it can guarantee no water leakage for 5 years.

Automatic Hydrographic Rinse Station is made of 2.5mm thick 201 stainless steel and the cover is made of 5mm steel sheet ensure to detect the rinsing items, framed of 2mm thick 304 stainless steel square pipe and equipped 10pcs  thick leveling feet, all of these ensure that the Hydrographic Rinse Station can hold enough water without deformation.

1. What is water transfer printing?
Water transfer printing, often referred to as hydrographic, immersion printing, camouflage dipping, hydro imaging, and cubic printing, is a method of surface decoration in which complex graphics, such as wood grain, carbon fiber, camouflage, geometric patterns, etc., are applied to the surface of a three-dimensional product. Large-scale all-terrain vehicles, automobile dashboards, little items like bicycle helmets, and other automotive trim are all decorated with the use of the water transfer printing method. In addition to plastic, fiberglass, wood, ceramic, and metal, films can be applied to all kinds of substrates.

2. How long-lasting is water transfer printing?
We prefer to let our goods do the talking. Automobile, camera, and electronic manufacturers, who demand the highest standards of quality and longevity, are some of our biggest clients. Many of the components we make live most of their lives in the sunlight. We utilize automotive-grade clear coat that is made to resist the elements and the test of time.

5. Is a wash station necessary for hydro dipping?
Yes, washing machines are required to remove the subject after PVA film has been used to transfer on the decorated portion.

6. Do painted pieces need to be dried in an oven?
Yes, it is best to dry by oven because, by nature, dust would cover the subject as it dries. The oven temperature for plastic should be between 50 and 70 degrees.

7. What size sprayer would you suggest using for hydrographic?
For activator, a high-quality, precisely calibrated spray gun is required in order to operate with it. We advise 0.8-1.3mm, not over 1.3mm.
