Procedure of installing and using Continuous ink-group
- Take off the plastic chock plugs
- Pour in the ink one after one. Attention: The color ink to the CORESPONDING ink compartment. See the COLOR SIGN on the ink box. Such as black ink to the small box sign with black
- Pump the ink into the ink module with one injector without needle
- Return the plastic inserts (big and small ones) to the ink box
- Install ink module. Must press it tightly and can hear kretek-kretek sound. Check them in vision.
- Put the ink box on the table. Attention: keep the ink box on the table directly. DON"T put anything under the box to let the ink box higher!
- Connect to power supply and on, run the automatic cleaning printer head
- Install printer driver software from the CD-ROM drive or from internet
- Test running to check the printing quality

1. What is water transfer printing?
Water transfer printing, often referred to as hydrographic, immersion printing, camouflage dipping, hydro imaging, and cubic printing, is a method of surface decoration in which complex graphics, such as wood grain, carbon fiber, camouflage, geometric patterns, etc., are applied to the surface of a three-dimensional product. Large-scale all-terrain vehicles, automobile dashboards, little items like bicycle helmets, and other automotive trim are all decorated with the use of the water transfer printing method. In addition to plastic, fiberglass, wood, ceramic, and metal, films can be applied to all kinds of substrates.

7. What size sprayer would you suggest using for hydrographics?
For activators, a high-quality, precisely calibrated spray gun is required to operate with it. We advise 0.8-1.3mm, not over 1.3mm.
