Product Description

The Water Transfer Film Printing Machine operates as follows:
Step 1: clean water is flushed;
Step 2: air nozzles and dividers are used to blow bubbles on the water's surface.
Step 3: Laying the film on the water;
Step 4: Allowing it to sit there for 25 to 35 seconds;
Step 5: Spraying the film with activator;
Step 6: Dipping the products with the arm;
Step 7: Removing them from the water;
Step 8: Completing the dipping;
Step 9: Rinsing the products' surface with the rinsing station.
The entire procedure should take 1.5 to 3 minutes.

There are two models of the water transfer film printing machine.

The first is a one-key automatic type that can continuously complete the whole dipping operation, including film flowing, activator spraying, dipping with its robot arm, and cleaning, with a single touch of an auto key button. Any size and speed can be set using the PLC.

Everything in the second type, including the water pump, flow-film system, activator spraying system, and dipping, is manually operated. Once more, its PLC enables the adjustment of all sizes and speeds.

2. How long-lasting is water transfer printing?

Yes, it is best to dry by oven because, by nature, dust would cover the subject as it dries. The oven temperature for plastic should be between 50 and 70 degrees.

7. What size sprayer would you suggest using for hydrographic?
For activator, a high-quality, precisely calibrated spray gun is required in order to operate with it. We advise 0.8-1.3mm, not over 1.3mm.
